Resumen:
In this paper we show the development of a new subpopulation iden-tification module for sperm motility analysis. This module is integrated to the Sperm Motility Tracker 2.0 software, developed by the same authors, and let users do subpopulation analysis by means of a hierarchical clustering algorithm. The program uses some mathematical criterions to perform the features selec-tion for clustering. Clustering performance is evaluated using the mean Silhou-ette index of the current partition. The module has been tested with several sperm samples of different species. As example, this report shows some results for semen samples of mammals and fish.
