Resumen:
For women with a diagnosis of breast cancer, moderate‐certainty evidence shows that compared with no intervention, yoga probably results in slightly better quality of life, moderately improved fatigue, and slightly less sleep disturbance at short term (up to 12 weeks). Low‐certainty evidence suggests that these effects may be unimportant at medium term (up to 48 weeks). Effects of yoga on depression may be unimportant and effects on anxiety uncertain because these findings were supported by low‐ and very low‐certainty evidence, respectively.
