Resumen:
The general objective of this paper is analyzes the discourses of the religious conservative?s actors in front of tree legislative reform processes in Argentina: 1) The National Sexual and Reproductive Rights Program (2003); 2) The Same Sex Marriage Law (2010) and 3) The sex education Law (2006).About the methodology: To achieve the objective, I used four types of secondary sources: a) Stenographic versions of the legislative debates; b) reports of human rights, LGBTI, and feminist organizations specialized in research on religious conservatism; c) Legal presentations against the laws under analysis; and d) Press coverage of the three main national newspaper in Argentina: Clarin, La Nacion and Pagina 12.To try to understand the opposition of conservative religious sectors against these sexual policies in Argentina, I will approach to their discourses from the use of "dichotomies" as a tools in order to reflect, to undertand the current complexity of the phenomenon in my country.
