Resumen:
In a well-ordered Rawlsian society all citizens would accept and comply with the difference principle, and this would be of common knowledge. So in this society, there would be an egalitarian ethos that makes the economic incentives unnecessary in order to put the talents to produce. Since inheritance is justified as an incentive, it could be restricted - through taxation - or directly eliminated. Finally, since the power to bequeath is not a basic freedom, this restriction could not be attacked on the basis that it restricts freedom.
