Resumen:
The main limiting factor for pineapple crops in the subtropics is the low temperature and its production is closely related to the development of production technology. The aim of this work was to determine if the leaves of pineapple plants growing in different environmental conditions and cultivation in Corrientes show differences in photosynthetic metabolism. Sampling times were in: vegetative state, flower induction, full bloom, 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 DAFB(days after full bloom). The ?D? plant leaf was sampled at three times for day and malic acid, pH and chlorophyll was measured. In the cold season, photosynthetic activity, influenced by the concentrations of chlorophyll and organic acids such as malic acid was higher in greenhouse that in the field, however the conditions of growing environment in times with high temperatures, negatively affected plants in the greenhouse.
