Resumen:
Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) is a novelparadigm that assigns spectrum bands overlapped in time slotsand frequency bands but organized by several power allocationlevels presents some challenges, such as a reliable communicationover poor and diverse channel conditions. In this paper, a two-step buffer-assisted transmission system is deployed in orderto analyze and quantify the effects of outage probability, sum-rate capacity and buffer state distribution over an Air-to-Ground (A2G) cooperative communication network. Two typesof channel distribution configurations are considered for the two-links system, relative to the presence of Line-of-Sight (LoS) orNon-Line-of-Sight (NLoS) components. The results presented inthis paper show that in A2G networks, NOMA with buffer aidedrelay cooperation is an attractive solution to boost sum ratecapacity.
