Resumen:
Objective: to evaluate the levels of uric acid as a marker of endothelial inflammation in women during pregnancy with normotensive and hypertensive IUGR.Methodology: Children born alive in the hospital during 2014 with more than 22 weeks with congenital malformations of simple pregnancies will be studied. Women with SLE were excluded and groups of normotensive hypertensive women were compared.Results: We studied 3589 pregnancies, 100 with preeclampsia (PE), 208 with gestational hypertension (HIE), 3281 normotensive. Relative risk of having a child with IUGR (4.09 for PE, 1.72 for HIE, with greater risk of weight in the lesser sea at p3 for their gestational age).Birth weights of children with IUGR of hypertensive women were also lower than those of normotensive women in the group of full-term infants.RRF: prematurity (4.6 for PE), weight
