Resumen:
GABAergic NMDAR hypofunction occurring in cortical andhippocampal GABA neurons during early postnatal development was crucial forlater emergence of hyper-dopaminergic response in striatum andhypo-dopaminergic response in medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC).  The hypo-dopaminergic response in mPFCappeared to be partially rescued by GABAB receptor antagonist infusion.
