Resumen:
Nanocellulose is a subject of a great international interest and it can be obtained from the lignocellulosic material or by bacterial route. In our case we began to work on the topic of cellulose and nanocellulose from vegetable fibers. But since 2008, another well know methodology has been tried to obtain nanocellulose by a bacterial pathway. In this case, bacterial nanocellulose is obtained in the form of a network of fibers with a nanometric diameter and micrometric length. The use of BNC in different product was explored.
