Resumen:
The purpose of this work is to develop a general and computationally efficient methodology for handling simultaneous multi-contact collisions under the assumption that the impacts follow an instantaneous sequence, a methodology that is fully consistent with a rigid body modelling assumption at the contact zone. The solution to be proposed is implemented as an extension of the non-smooth generalised-$alpha$ method (NSGA) proposed by Brüls et al. to multi-contact collisions.
