Resumen:
In order to compute the trajectory during its free flight, the CFD/RBDanalysis involves: A CFD analysis is performed in order to obtain thestress exerted on the bullet. The aerodynamics coefficients (forcesand moments) are obtained from the CFD using a parameter estimationalgorithm. The coefficients are introduced in a 6 Degree of freedom(DOF) model to compute the trajectory using quaternions for themathematical representation.
