Resumen:
Since 2003 argentinian unions have recovered some of their former protagonism lost during the last neoliberalist decade. A number of studies point as indicator the raise of colective negotiation, labor conflicts and the exchanges within government areas. In this article we approach a less studied dimension of the present context linked to the presence of unions inside working places by implementing internal comisions and delegates. This presence is related to an old working class argentinian tradition that had factories as principal space of dispute against capitalist. First focusing on an historical review about internal comisions (IC) pointing variations on their consolidation. We propose the study of working spaces and internal union structures as the key to understand capital-labor dynamics. We present two paradigmatic cases (telecomunication and subway workers) to consider about recent changes on capitalism growth during 90’ decade.
