Resumen:
Based on the mean and variance of the theoreticaldistribution of IBD genome sharing, our results showed that the method by Elsenet al (based on pedigree and marker data) performed better. The estimates wereclose to the theoretical values and the method was robust to changes in the MAFthreshold.
