Resumen:
The catfish Genidens barbus (Siluriformes:Ariidae) is an anadromousspecies from South America. In Argentina and Uruguay was classified as vulnerable due to its complex life cycle, restricted distribution in fresh orestuarine waters and the critical status of this species fishery. In this work,we report the occurrence of G. barbus in three great rivers that could represent the evidence of extent in its migration corridor in the Paraná River Delta (Argentina).
