In vitro production of bovine embryos: analysis of results obtained during the work done in fourteen months

Results obtained with in vitro bovine embryo production during 14-month period are reported here. The mean developmental rate to morula and blastocyst stage reached 14%. The range varied between 2.8 and 47.5%. We conclude that this variation could be due to external factors not related to the in vitro production methodology, and therefore cannot be controlled by the operator.
