Resumen:
Immune infiltration of breast cancer predicts favorable outcomes. We have described the loss of anti-oncodriver Th1 immunity during breast tumorigenesis. We studied the role that Th1 cytokines may play in the induction of tumor senescence and apoptosis of breast cancer cells.HER2positive cells were sensitive to senescence induction when cultured with IFN-γ and TNF-α in a dose dependent manner measured by β-galactosidase activity (p
