Resumen:
This paper presents an alternative for the analytical modeling of permanent magnet machines with concentrated windings and fractional pitch using unequal teeth widths distribution. This proposal is based on the characterization of the functions of the windings distribution and flux distribution, carried on by Fourier series approximations. This model is finally validated using Finite Element Analysis.
