Resumen:
Measurements of electrical signals in discharges performed in a miniature Plasma-Focus device (5nF capacitor bank, central electrode diameter and effective free length 2.0 and 0.5 mm, no outer electrode) were performed and compared with a calibrated lumped model. Good agreement is found between the model and the measurements characterizing the lumped parameters of the circuit. Some ideas are advanced regarding the limitations of using the electrical diagnosis to infer the behavior of the plasma.
