Resumen:
In this paper, we describe a PMU system design compliant with the IEEE Std. C37.118.1. The estimation process is performed in two stages. In the first stage, an efficient filtering of the input signals is made to reject out-of-band and harmonic interference. This is achieved with a linear-phase equiripple FIR filter for each phase. The second stage uses a modified SRF-PLL to track amplitude, phase, frequency and ROCOF of the positive-sequence signal. Using a state-space model, several modifications to the standard architecture are presented to cope with the requirements of this application and to obtain a more robust and efficient system.
