Resumen:
Thesecond half of the XX century experienced international phenomena ofan almost incomprehensible magnitude for commoners. In Spain thecivil war came as a cold wind in the core of families in long nightsof discussion and insomnia. The family argument used to be heated inthe shape of letters to those who were imagining a different world, another Hispanic present, and even another future. That longticket, of 46 sheets dated in 1933, accounts of a true intimateconference from Víctor Mendizábal to his brother Eusebio with whomhe had distanced himself on purpose due to what has happening in thepeninsula and the west.
