Resumen:
During the last event that ocurred in 2009.0, η Car was the target of several observingprograms. Through our optical photometric monitoring campaign, we recorded in detail the behavior of the associated eclipse-like event, which happened fairly on schedule. Inthis work we present the resulting UBV RI and Hα light curves, and a new determinationof the present period length.
