Resumen:
We present an analysis of photometric and spectroscopic observations of
the eclipsing binary system CPD -59 2628 (O9V+B0V). This binary is
member of the young open cluster Trumpler 16 (Feinstein et al. 1973) in
the Carina Nebula. BVRI photometric observations were obtained with a
CCD detector at the 0.80-m reflector of La Plata Observatory.
Spectroscopic data were adquired with the 2.15-m reflector at CASLEO.
Our analysis confirms the mass values of the binary components obtained
previously by Solivella & Niemela (1999).
