Resumen:
As a global conflict, the First World War was fought in all continents, including neutral countries, actors disputed by both belligerent sides through several means, from propaganda until different kind of pressures. Diplomatic agents constituted key elements in the strategic framework set up by the warring nations to influence the neutral countries? governments and to incline the geopolitical balance in their favour. This paper aims to analyze the impressions of the diplomatic authorities of the United Kingdom and France in the Argentine Republic about the neutral policy adopted by this country during the Great War.
