Resumen:
Aerosol extinction coefficients aremeasured with a simple high spectral resolution lidar technique using amulti-longitudinal mode laser. An interferometer with the same free spectralrange as the laser mode spacing is used. Scanning the interferometer in thespan of one fringe, lidar signals at the minimum and maximum Mie-scatteringtransmission are determined. The lidar signals are calibrated with thereference signals taken with a portion of the transmitted laser beam.
