Resumen:
The NDACC station ?Observatorio Atmosférico de la Patagonia Austral (OAPA)? located in Río Gallegos (51.600496°S, 69.31946°W) is equipped with a differential absorption lidar (DIAL) to measure ozone profiles and with a SAOZ spectrometer to record total column of ozone and NO2. Moreover, a GUV-541 filter radiometer is installed to take measurements of solar UV radiation. The station is operated by the Lidar Division of CEILAP (Laser and Applications Research Center), which belongs to UNIDEF (MINDEF, (Ministerio de Defensa) and CONICET (Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas, Argentina)). It was supported by JICA. Also, the CEILAP is associated with LATMOS through a collaboration agreement (UMI - CNRS 3351). The Nagoya University has operative a millimeter-wave radiometer for mesospheric ozone profile measurements, which is operated by Lidar División in the OAPA. The following report has been written by scientists of the station.
