Resumen:
Study of elastic collisions by time resolved saturation spectroscopy. In a first part a simple introduction to collision process in saturation spectroscopy is presented. In a second part the determination of collision kernel is discussed in the frame work of atomic and molecular theories and experiments. A simplified perturbation theory is used to express the satured absorption spectrum as a function of collisional kernel. This provides an evidence of the interest of transient methodes for kernel determination. Finally experimental results are described, concerning the metastable
