Interaction with Intelligent Conversation Agents: A case study

Intelligent conversation systems have been moreand more used in modern technology, however, the number ofscientific publications that aim to disseminate knowledge aboutthe development of these applications, is a small number ifcompared to the number of publications that promote results ofthe applications already created. This paper aims to reproduce aconversation system based on information available in academiccontexts. To address this issue, we built a chatbot able to holda natural conversation with a human being, namely makingquestions, searching and giving suggestions. Finally, the resultsfound were promising for a preliminary application.
