Resumen:
Serogroup O26 is one of the non-O157 STEC most frequently associated with severe disease in humans worldwide. In this study, our aim was to characterize O26:H11 strains isolated in Argentina from cattle, food and humans to contribute to the global knowledge of virulence profiles and epidemiology of O26 strains.
