This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different ovulation inducers on synchronization of ovulation in suckling B. taurus beef cows treated with fixed-time artificial insemination (FTAI) protocols. Synchronization of ovulation was evaluated (n=10 per group) using 1 mg of estradiol cypionate (ECP) at device removal, 1 mg of estradiol benzoate (EB) 24 h later, 10.5 µg of buserelin acetate (GnRH) 48 h later, or 1 mg of ECP at device removal plus 10.5 µg of GnRH 48 h later.
