Resumen:
The proliferation and migration of endothelial cells are vascular outcomes of inflammation and in this sense, proinflammatory cytokines may enhance the effects of other promigratory factors. Previously, we found that a stimulatory effect of TNF-α on endothelial cells (migration, adhesion, VCAM, ICAM) was enhanced by the simultaneous treatment with erythropoietin (Epo). Based on this, we were interested in investigating the mechanisms involved.
