Resumen:
Inflammatory microenvironments have been increasingly recognised as a risk factor for prostate cancer(PCa) and, in this regard, we have previously shown that modulation of inflammation-induced HemeOxygenase-1 (HO-1) profoundly impacts different aspects of disease progression. The present work focuseson the role of stromal HO-1. Subcutaneous TRAMP-C1 (TC1) tumours growing in syngeneic C57BL/6 micedisplayed increased tumour latency (12 days; P
