Resumen:
The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of cytokines on autophagyduring Mycobacterial infection. Therefore, our specific objectives were:To analyze the role of IFNg and IL17A on the autophagic process ofmonocytes from healthy donors and tuberculosis patients stimulated withM. tuberculosis lysate.-To investigate the effect of IFNg and IL-17A on the autophagy processafter infection of PBMCs with live M. tuberculosis strains.
