Resumen:
The aim of the ?Support and Improvement of grade education program? (PAMEG) of the National University of Cordoba is the promotion of initiatives that allow to academically improve the grade courses of different schools. PAMEG Pharmacy1 (PP) was implemented by the School of Chemistry Science in year 2015, which was directed to final-year students of the course of Pharmacy that take the course unit ?Practicanato?. PP consists on an optional group tutoring program imparted by pharmacists performing in different professional pharmaceutical fields. The tutors guide the students in the process of elaboration of an Integrated work (IW) that constitutes the course conclusion exam. In order to evaluate the usefulness of PP for grade students, two surveys were made at the beginning (SB) and at the end (SE) of the program period. In the SB, the expectations that lead to students to enroll to PP was the need of guidance to choose (43%) or aboard (84%) the topic for the IW, and to clarify doubts (64%). As well, the importance of interacting with the professionals (36%) or with other students (20%).On the other hand, the SE showed that the expectations that lead the students to enroll to PP were achieved in a good level for 82% of them. The usefulness of the tutoring program for developing and concluding the IW was excellent (EX) or very good (VG) for the 70% of the students. Besides, the 64% and 82% expressed that the grade of contribution of the on-site and virtual meetings with the tutor was EX or VG, respectively. In conclusion, the expectations for the tutoring program were achieved for most of the students and the usefulness found by them was high, indicating that PP impacted positively on the final-year Pharmacy students.
