Resumen:
This paper explores a possible contribution to the pedagogical debate in Latin America, taking as a starting point the Mens anthropology explicit in Ethics ? and a survey of the philosophical implicit of the axiom from Ethics II: homo cogitat. As it is apparent, thinking nature is, nonetheless, open to a radical indetermination, an infringement, a dispossession, but also to an adventure and, a construction. The statement of the human being as a being-thought allows us to establish a community and equality of intelligences. Not because they are equivalent in their capability, considered as an act, but because the thought is the common element that constitutes them. Asserting the human potential to think about the world and transform it, does not denies the vulnerability of the existence, nor its passivity and imbecillitas that affect an infinite life. As a principle of a spinozist pedagogy, recognition of a potency to think-act in all human beings is the acknowledgment of something immersed in adversity.
