Resumen:
The tube formation was studied in ceriantharians. A protocol was established to verify the ultrastructure of the tubes in species of the three currently recognized families of Ceriantharia (Arachnactidae, Botrucnidiferidae and Cerianthidae). Also, the reconstruction of the tube in a species of family Cerianthidae was observed under laboratory conditions.
