Resumen:
The metasedimentary rocks of Alcaparrosa Formation, in the Western Precordillera, are mainly represented by detrital minerals as Micas+Qtz1+Pl and recrystallized minerals as Qtz2+Ms+Chl. The microfabric of these rocks is represented by a foliation that is evidenced by the orientation of phyllosilicates(Micas)around quartz grains. The geometry of the group porphyroclasts-matrix of clay minerals partially recrystallized, allowed identifying the kinematics of shear planes.
