In this contribution, we study the applicationof the Generalized Sturmian Functions (GSF)method [1] to the electron impact ionization?excitation of Helium. For this process thereare still significative discrepancies between theoryand experimental data, as well as betweenthe different ab initio methods applied to theevaluation of the triple differential cross sections(TDCS).
