Resumen:
SUMMARY: Despite the experiences of power generation through solar energy in the north, have had a major social impact, yet no one was generated with them an economically viable alternative. This fact was also noted that the current legislation provides that the energy matrix reach 8% of the total generated using renewable energy (RE) for 2016, and it is therefore ne-cessary to have adequate energy policies and an enabling institutional framework to enable investment. At the same time it raises among other things that the law is inadequate because there are some outdated laws that do not apply or are not controlled. There is now also a system of subsidies which by its nature is not conducive to the promotion of RE. We must also admit that there are still barriers to appropriate use of technology. Moreover and difference what happens here, in various countries of Latin America fv function properly marketed energy plants running, a priori successfully. Installing a 20MW photovoltaic solar park is then proposed for the first stage in the NOA region, to connect to the existing high voltage network.
