We will use category theoretical mathematics to show how Peirce?s system of Existential Graphs may be understood perspicuously to represent the ?picturing? relation as conceived by Wittgenstein and Sellars and, moreover, to represent this relation precisely by instantiating it at the appropriate level of abstraction. More particularly, we will recast a fragment of Peirce?s beta level of Existential Graphs (without negation) as a category of presheaves in which natural transformations correspond to the Wittgensteinian/Sellarsian representation-relation of ?picturing?.
