Resumen:
Based on measurements from PMT-Lab at ITeDA we determine the characteristic width and amplitude of single photoelectron (SPE) pulses. These parameters are implemented to simulate a set of SPEs which are injected in a simulated front-end electronics of the AMIGA muon detector. The outcome is compared with the output produced by a set of independently measured SPEs. The simulated pulses are compatible with the measured SPEs in terms of amplitude, width, and FPGA response.
