Resumen:
The phenolic compound synthesis is affected by endogenous and climatic factors. Defoliation affects the luminance intensity and temperature of the flowers or clusters. Vineyards with very dense foliages, with low percentage of illuminated yolks good, can affect their differentiation and the future yields. The test was realized in Malbec, vigorous plants with hail mesh (system grenbiule MG). The treatments were: control (t); with MG; Raised (l): he hail mesh raised. This of the vineyard; Risen twice (LB): it hail mesh raisedin both face of the vineyard; United (U): you hail mesh were united. During the first year of the test the fertility of the basal yolks could not be evaluated, detected in the beginning of the test an increase in the weight of the clusters of the season. N° clusters/shoot did not present significant differences, but was an increase of the weight of the harvest of the plants of the treatment U, followed by LB, soon L and the smaller weight obtained to T. We demostrated that vigorous cultures of Malbec with MG, can affect total the photosynthetic capacity with minor weight of berry. The excessive shade can explain the diminution of n° clusters/bud that has experimented the culture from the positioning of hail mesh.
