Resumen:
As this paper wants to explore, artificial petrifaction was part of the experimental world that attempted at replicating and also reversing the natural process. In this paper I will present different constellations related with the experimentation 1) Unrolling of mummies and analysis of embalming substances by distillation 2) Experiments with petrifaction and silification 3) Chemica Embalming 4) Petrifaction of human bodies
