Resumen:
The 1920s was extremely rich in what concerns processes and problems of singular relevance, and it was also a prolific decade in which the debates and generations of new ones are concerned. The post-war social climate ponies in the crisis of the most rationalist precepts that had been installed in the decimonic liberalism and propitiated the inclusion of forms of knowledge linked to the spiritual and the sensibility, but all of the preeminence of reason. In order to explore some of the educational priorities we will look at the analysis of the National Folklore Encuesta and the Encuesta del Magisterio that took place in 1921 and its results were gathered in the Folklore Collection. It is an initiative in which the masters of the national escuelas from all over the country are in charge of the collection in their local communities of the folklore elements that they will find in their jurisdiction: fillings and costumes, verse, prose, music, narrations and refrances. , art and popular science to know and prescribe about "the spirit of the public" Conductors and teachers should recog- nize in a more orderly and faithful manner of material and refer them to their national inspector.Among the intellectuals that have focused on those about the Argentine education system, Ricardo Rojas stands out, who sought to develop an intellectual project more closely related to the tradition of the volkgeist - the spirit of the French liberal. As Funes has stated, Rojas was ?constructing a philosophical, aesthetic, and educational system from the point of view of suturing the fragmentation of product fragmentation, basically, of the centrifugal impulses of modernization, among which the migrant contingent was one of the most worrying. . They sought to overcome the contradiction of 'Civilization and Barbarism' "(Funes, 1999: 14). He is an intellectual - who drives, organizes and monitors his work from the National Council of Education - and positioned himself in it. a historicist nationalism of romantic roots that revolved over the aboriginal, colonial, and federal past with the ?spirit of the earth?.The convocation (in the form of a contest), the collection device, registration and communication, the modes of classification - imbued with valuations and moral reflections - and the conclusions that are elaborated by the teachers, provides enormous interpretative keys on the modes. to understand and prescribe popular feelings and their productivity in cultural and educational space.
