Resumen:
FollowingMedina and Fricker?s diagnosis on epistemic blindness, my aim is toclarify some conflicts that arise among feminists from differentparts of the World, who have different vital experiences and belongto different trends. Themain queries of this paper are: (1) Which conflicts might arise whenWestern feminists, close to liberal or hegemonic trends, refer to (or?utilise?) authors and concepts of counterhegemonic feminisms, such as Black or Latin feminisms, without taking into account thespecificity of these trends? (2) How (or whether) these conflictsmight be avoided (or solved) if it is considered that some WesternFeminists (myself included) were epistemologically blind to thesedifferent contexts? (3) Does it mean that it is not possible to referto these counterhegemonic theories from Europe or that there are notpossible collaborations among feminisms from different parts of theWorld?
