Resumen:
The present study is based on an analysis of psychosocial risk (PSR) factors in a multinational company subsidiary based in Argentina. The work-related psychosocial risk (PSR) factors approach provides a comprehensive perspective, which allows workplaces to be accounted for as complex organizations. These workers? perceptions of their work-related PSR seem to be tempered by the context of a labour market in which the unemployment rate is approximately 7% of the economically active population and 33% of wage earners in the country are not registered with the relevant social security agencies and thus not entitled to the associated benefits. On the basis of the conceptualization of these factors, a survey was conducted of workers in a factory located in an industrial zone in Greater Buenos Aires, the main activity of which is the production of fibre cement goods. This was carried out between November and December 2014
