Resumen:
Genre provides an ethical framework to guide the judgment of the readers or spectators. It guides the way things are or should be. A genre like ancient comedy is defined by the sense of justice that articulates. Old comedy always imposes a new law that usually meets the demands of a fairer justice. However, it is a little magic: comic hero, while a common man with which the spectator could identify himself, does things that transcend the ordinary (he moves between heaven and earth, confronts with the gods), his justice is poetic, powerless in the world of real.
