La discusión sobre las consecuencias políticas del pensamiento de Wittgenstein ha girado sobre la posibilidad de construir miradas críticas sobre lo social, su legitimidad, amplitud, fuerza, etc. Sin embargo, aproximar a Wittgenstein a una posición materialista, como la entiende Althusser, conduce a una comprensión diferente de la crítica, vinculada a la tarea de desconstruir el discurso filosófico que intenta unificar y organizar jerárquicamente las evidencias (certezas) constitutivas de los diferentes juegos de lenguaje en los que se despliega lo social. Concluimos distinguiendo a la filosofía como una práctica teórica ideológica y como una práctica teórica critica. The discussion on the political implications of Wittgenstein’s thought has been centered around the possibility (or impossibility) of constituting critical standpoints on the social, its legitimacy, scope, force, etc. However, approaching Wittgenstein to a materialistic position, as it is understood from Althusser’s legacy, leads to a different understanding of criticism, related to the effects of deconstructing the philosophical discourse that seek to unify and to arrange hierarchically the evidences (certainties) constitutive of the different language-games in which the social is displayed. We conclude making some remarks on a distinction between philosophy as ideological theoretical practice and as a critical theoretical practice that follow from our analysis.
