Resumen:
The main aim of the presented work was development of HPLC method for on-line high sample preconcentration and sample pretreatment with highly sensitive determination of insecticides from surface waters. Possibilities of on-line extraction procedure for fenoxycarb and permethrin in 2-D fused core particle column system were tested in this study. Large volume sample injection (1000 ? 2000 µL) to the first chromatographic dimension with short fused core particle precolumn (4.6 x 5 mm, 2.7 µm) allows high sample preconcentration (enrichment factor 100 ? 200) and ballast sample matrix removal. UV detection at wavelength 210 nm and 225 nm were compared for selectivity a sensitivity of the developed method. The proposed method was applied for monitoring of fenoxycarb and permethrin in different surface water samples.
