Resumen:
Bacterial glycogen synthesis is allosterically regulated at the level of ADP-Glcpyrophosphorylase by intracellular metabolites. In Agrobacterium tumefaciensAgrobacterium tumefaciens the enzyme is activated by both pyruvate and fructose-6Pwhile in Escherichia coli only fructose-1,6-bisP was described as the main activator.
