Resumen:
Mass spectrometry is an important tool for
the identification and structural elucidation of natural
products. In particular, mass spectrometry has
become essential for the analysis of fungal peptides,
which are composed of a wide variety of amino acids,
and are present in complex mixtures. Current
methodology is discussed.
